Are you afraid of feeling your feelings?

One of the things a lot of people have trouble understanding is the ENORMOUS connection between EMOTIONS and SYMPTOMS. In other words, the power of negative emotions to CAUSE physical symptoms.

At first, they just don’t believe that negative feelings, like anger, frustration, sadness, grief, fear, guilt etc… can create physical symptoms like headaches, migraines, fatigue, back pain, muscle pain, digestive issues, even cancer.

Initially there is almost a disbelief that a feeling can create something physical.

However, for the past 30 years this has been my area of exploration and expertise: helping people correlate the events in their life which create emotional feedback which in turn create physical symptoms, and then helping them REVERSE those symptoms by identifying and clearing the root cause emotions.

This is why I’m so PASSIONATE about teaching people how to become self-masterful of their emotions.

To start with, many people are often unaware of what they are feeling. Or they are afraid of feeling their feelings, or showing their feelings.

But here’s a tip: if you have a physical symptom, there’s a 99.9% chance there’s going to be a hidden feeling you haven’t yet discovered or cleared!

It’s amazing, but true, that we can have negative feelings inside of us and not realize or recognize they are there.

For example, we can be feeling frustrated or sad about something, and completely not know we are feeling this!

But a clue that we have ‘missed’ feelings is if we have physical symptoms.

I’ll give you an example:

Many years ago, when I had CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) I had already learned that the reason I was tired was because I was unconsciously suppressing my feelings. BY this time I knew this, and had learned certain techniques to identify and clear the emotions in order to clear the symptoms. I was using these techniques every day, and slowly I was healing myself from chronic fatigue. They were very effective techniques, and helped me PREVENT getting symptoms too.

However, sometimes I would still get caught out, and get symptoms. When I did, I would sit myself down and use a technique to identify what emotion was beneath the symptom.

So one day I was feeling absolutely exhausted, hardly able to do anything, even leave the house. I knew there had to be an emotion lurking somewhere beneath the symptoms, but didn’t know what it was. So I used my technique to discover the feeling, and discovered I was feeling SAD because I hadn’t yet RE-COGNIZED the sadness my body was sending me over the fact my parents were getting divorced. Once I recognized the emotion and CLEARED it, the tiredness disappeared in seconds.

Such is the power of emotions to cause extreme physical symptoms.

This is why I LOVE teaching people how to become EMOTIONALLY MASTERFUL so they can SELF-CLEAR negative emotions quickly, easily and efficiently.

Once you have the right strategies, it can be easy to do, but you have to know how. It does take practice to become emotionally literate, but it’s worth it. It changes your life!

No more feeling guilty for no reason.

No more feeling angry, upset, resentful, sulky…

No more feeling afraid of your feelings…

No more feeling afraid to speak your truth or express your feelings…

No more holding them all in, stuffing them down, swallowing them, suppressing them…

Instead, you can become masterful of what you are feeling at any given moment, and KNOW that you have the power and tools to get rid of them in seconds and minutes. This is all possible. And it changes your life.

Not only is this essential for maintaining physical, mental and emotional health. It’s also a pre-requisite for spiritual growth.

If you store negative emotions inside of you, as you evolve on your path of personal transformation, their effects will be come amplified. You MUST learn how to clear negative emotions from your body-mind if you wish to progress on your spiritual path towards wisdom and self-realization. It’s non-negotiable.

Emotional mastery is simply a pre-requisite for mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Period.
